Do not immerse the glass in water, wipe clean with a soft towel

Orders are shipped UPS ground. There is a minimum charge of $15 with an additional charge based on weight and destination. On orders of $150 or more, shipping is free.

Should a piece be damaged in shipping you must retain original packing for a UPS claim to be made. You must contact us by email within 5 days of receiving package so that a claim may be filed.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you may return it for exchange or online credit within 14 days. We will cover return shipping only if the return is due to our error or damage in shipping. For returns, please contact us by email so that we can process.
