Refund policy

Returns/refunds are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order for an exchange or refund. All returns must be approved in advance by Iblink. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

Upon receipt of the shipment, Iblink will contact you by email to confirm your exchange/refund.

Order cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchase if the order has not been shipped. Please contact info@iblinkart.com

If you receive any damaged items, please take photos of the items, packing materials, and box/parcel. Please forward photos as soon as the items are received to inifo@iblinkart.com and hold on to the package and all it's materials as they may be required for inspection.
